The Old Artifacts Yard "Galdnieki" exhibition tells the story of the ancient history of the Nīca region and Pērkone. The owners' hobby is to revive ancient traditions, preserve and exhibit antiques, and organize educational events. In the "Galdnieki" yard, you can find a collection of ancient items, such as a horse rake, several carts, sledges, carpenters' planes and hammers, spinning wheels, coffee grinders, butter churns, meat grinders, elegant coal plaiting tools, horseshoes, harnesses, ancestral clothing, and embroidered towels and linen fabrics found in bridal chests. The exhibition owners share stories, show artifacts, and even allow visitors to try on the beautiful and ancient traditional costumes of Nīca. The yard is located just 700 meters from the sea, where its gentle sound can be heard.
