Since 2010, SIA EVI&JO has been producing various preserves and light alcoholic beverages under the brand name "Durbes Veltes". The delicious jams, compotes, spicy pickled salads, and marinades are made from locally grown ingredients in Latvia, mainly from produce grown on the farm.

The company’s products maintain the natural taste of fruits and vegetables without the use of synthetic preservatives or artificial sweeteners. This is achieved using the traditional heating method, meaning that each jar is a carefully crafted handmade product.

Currently, "Durbes Veltes" offers several product lines, including 10 different types of jams, 5 types of compotes, 20 types of vegetable pickles, spicy sauces, 10-12 types of fruit and berry wines, including cider and sparkling wine, and 9 types of natural liqueurs. They also produce strong alcoholic beverages, such as distillates aged in oak barrels.

We are proud of our currant, quince, and rhubarb wines, which were awarded prizes at both the Latvian fruit-berry wine competition and the Baltic States competition in 2018. Since 2014, we have also been making various fruit and berry cream-type liqueurs, including raspberry, strawberry, currant, quince, rhubarb, mandarin, gingerbread, coffee, and more.

For food enthusiasts, we offer wine and other beverage tastings. We can host groups of up to 30 people.
For smaller groups of up to 8 people, we can also provide overnight accommodation.

Our products are available for purchase on-site at the company.
