Horse riding in "Stiebriņi"
The sports association "Kanu atvars" offers horse and pony riding in nature, rides in racing carriages along the Virga River and the Pruši Reservoir. We offer lessons for learning basic riding skills and educational tours for groups. Horses, ponies and riding them can be a wonderful addition to weddings and other major celebrations, as well as events organized for children right there in "Stiebrini" or in the surrounding area.
In addition, we also offer travelers and local residents who are tired of the daily rush - an excursion in a horse-drawn sleigh in the winter season.
On the tour, anyone who wants to can get to know the surroundings of Paplakas station and its history at a leisurely pace by riding in a cart, sleigh or skiing (in the winter season) and experience one of the many stories that can be learned on the "Horse Story Trail".
