Memorial stone to Fricis Brīvzemnieks
On the opposite side of the road from Jura Zingbergs' execution site, there was an inn building where folklorist Fricis Brīvzemnieks (Treilands) was born in 1846. His father was a saddler and for some time rented the Rokaiži inn from the baron. A memorial stone for the poet and folklorist Fricis Brīvzemnieks (1846–1907) was unveiled in 1982.
