The Prūši Reservoir is an artificial water reservoir created in the late 1970s, covering an area of 63 hectares. Its inflow and water source is the Virga River, which provides a rich water flow during the spring floods. The Prūši Reservoir also supplies water to a small hydroelectric power station, Prūši HES.

The Prūši Reservoir has good access roads and parking facilities.

The recreational complex at Prūši Reservoir includes:

• A swimming area.
• Several fishing spots.
• Three double cabins with electricity connections.
• Wi-Fi.
• A fire pit, tables, benches, and a gazebo with a table and benches.
• A children's playground with large swings.
• A beach volleyball court and darts.
• A fish preparation area (for frying and smoking) and a grill.
• Outdoor toilets.
• A surveillance system is installed on the premises.
