The Prūši Reservoir is an artificial water reservoir created in the late 1970s, covering an area of 63 hectares. Its inflow and water source is the Virga River, which provides a rich water flow during the spring floods. The Prūši Reservoir also supplies water to a small hydroelectric power station, Prūši HES.
The Prūši Reservoir has good access roads and parking facilities.
The recreational complex at Prūši Reservoir includes:
- A swimming area.
- Several fishing spots.
- Three double cabins with electricity connections.
- Wi-Fi.
- A fire pit, tables, benches, and a gazebo with a table and benches.
- A children's playground with large swings.
- A beach volleyball court and darts.
- A fish preparation area (for frying and smoking) and a grill.
- Outdoor toilets.
- A surveillance system is installed on the premises.
