Memorial Site for the People of Dunika Deported to Siberia

In 2025, a special memorial in the shape of a Curonian brooch was created near the Sikšņi Primary School building. It bears the engraved names of 14 residents of Dunika who were deported to Siberia in 1941 and 1949. The memorial plaque was created by sculptor Ģirts Burvis.
