Route

The route takes you through Rucava, historically known as Paurupe village. During the walk, you will have the chance to explore significant and historical locations of the village, several large trees, and parts of the Rucava arboretum. In total, there are 11 information boards with photographs, which reveal the changes in village life and economy over the decades. The route also passes by the "Alejas" bakery, where you can enjoy freshly baked bread from the traditional oven. This route is suitable for active children and cyclists.

Group Offer: By prior arrangement, the route can be taken with a guide, exploring additional, unmarked detours and hearing more about the village's history.
