The area around Vaiņode boasts a hilly terrain and stunning landscapes. One of the most beautiful views can be enjoyed from Volzbaha Hill, located just 2 kilometers from the center of Vaiņode.
The steep slope with its breathtaking view over the ravine attracts many visitors.
In winter, the hill offers a slope over 100 meters long, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, or sledding. During other seasons, Volzbaha Hill is an excellent spot for relaxation, featuring picnic areas, walking paths, and photo opportunities. In autumn, Volzbaha is one of the best places in the Vaiņode area to admire the vibrant fall colors.
The hill is easily accessible by car.
