Latvian bathhouse ritual from 3 - 5 hours with a certified bathhouse - masseur "Sauna at Viktors".

The ritual includes:

• drinking herbal tea
• warming up on the lava
• foot bath in a bowl of herbal tea
• scrubbing with massage elements using natural herbal scrubs
• rinsing in a lukewarm shower
• warm-up and small spanking
• cooling off in a water bath or shower (optional)
• the big energy spanking with various brooms
• cooling off in a water bath or shower (optional)
• resting in woolen blankets
• honey or sauna massage

Each sauna session is individual and different, depending on the client's mental and physical condition.
