Autumn Pearl – Embūte

The Embūte Nature Trail introduces visitors to the ancient Embūte Valley, which was once a long-inhabited and sacred place. It is one of the most beautiful and mysterious locations in Kurzeme, situated among hills rising several dozen meters high. The trail is equipped with stairs, viewing platforms, and a lookout tower.

It is recommended to start your visit to Embūte Nature Park at the Embūte Tourism Information Centre, where parking is also conveniently available. Visitors especially enjoy walking the trail in autumn, as Embūte is often called the "Little Switzerland of Kurzeme."
