Rhododendron Garden in Cīrava

In June 2010, a Rhododendron Garden was opened and consecrated in the territory of Cīrava Cemetery. Its creation was supported not only by the local municipality but also by the residents of the parish through their donations. The garden now contains around 238 rhododendrons, both evergreen and deciduous, in various colors. In total, there are about 73 different species. Every year, the garden is enriched with new plantings. The blooming season is in May and June.
